Ordering & Payment

How can I place an order?

Choose your favorite BE MUSE sweater – designed with love, comfort, and style. Select your size and color, add the sweater to your shopping cart, and click ‘Checkout’. After payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely via iDEAL and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). BE MUSE SWEATERS uses only secure payment methods, ensuring your purchase of our luxury sweaters is always safe.

Can I exchange a product?

It is currently not possible to exchange an item directly. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order through our webshop so we can deliver your desired product as quickly as possible. Simply submit a return request for the item that doesn’t fit so we can process it quickly. Once we have received the item in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time for my order?

We understand you want to wear your sustainable sweater as soon as possible! Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 3–5 business days. In other EU countries, delivery may take 5–7 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email from us.

What are the shipping costs?

BE MUSE SWEATERS offers free shipping within Europe.

Which carrier do you ship with?

Our luxury sweaters are carefully delivered via DHL or PostNL, depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. Fill in the return request form found under the Terms & Policy section, item 4, and we will process your request and send you a return label.

How does the return process work?

  1. Fill in the return form.

  2. Carefully pack your BE MUSE sweater in the original packaging.

  3. Attach the return label to the shipping bag.

  4. Drop off the package at a PostNL or DHL location.

After receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation by email. The purchase amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
