General Terms and Conditions – BE MUSE SWEATERS

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders, offers, and agreements between BE MUSE SWEATERS and its customers within the Netherlands, Belgium, and other EU countries. By placing an order via www.bemusesweaters.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.
 

2. Orders & Payments

An order is binding once BE MUSE SWEATERS has confirmed receipt via email. All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Payments are made through secure methods such as iDEAL and credit card.
 

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the EU using reliable carriers such as DHL or PostNL. The average delivery time is 3–5 business days within the Netherlands and 5–7 business days within Europe. Once your luxury sweater has been shipped, you will receive an email from us.
In case of loss or damage during transport, please contact our customer service immediately.
 

4. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your order within 30 days, provided the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect delivery or damage. Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after receipt of the return package.

5. Warranty & Quality

All BE MUSE SWEATERS products are carefully manufactured. In case of defects, you can contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. Warranty is void in case of misuse, incorrect washing instructions, or alterations to the product. Minor color differences or natural wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
 

6. Liability

The liability of BE MUSE SWEATERS is limited to the value of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage. All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are handled by the court in Amsterdam.
 

7. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (such as strikes, logistical problems, or natural disasters), BE MUSE SWEATERS may temporarily suspend delivery without liability.
